DELEGATE SALES MANAGER / ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Salary: Basic Salary with Profit-Sharing

As a Delegate Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager (Telesales), you will be looking after a team of sales personnel, coaching and leading them, managing both the team and your personal Key Performance Indicators (KPI). For Delegate Sales Manager role, you will also need to take on more responsibilities such as recruitment, training, etc., playing an active role in contributing ideas to the growth of the company.

• Enjoy having OVERRIDES on top of basic salary and commission

Candidates must have proven high performance track record in sales as well as outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills.

Senior Delegate Sales Executives with consistent high performance track records can be considered for the Position of Assistant Sales Managers.

Successful candidates can look forward to more senior people management role as Sales Directors in the Singapore office or overseas offices.
